If ironing is required, use a low heat setting. Avoid applying excessive heat directly to embroidered areas.

Treat embroidered areas gently when washing and ironing. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach and excessive heat to preserve the embroidery and fabric.

Due to the personal nature of our products, particularly personalised and embroidered pieces, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Personalised and embroidered products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personalisation details entered incorrectly when ordering.

If you believe your item is faulty or has a major issue, please contact our team with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs of the product.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Yes. Personalisation is one of the signatures of Maison. Selected sleepwear can be individually embroidered to create a beautiful piece made especially for you.

For our classic sleepwear sets, embroidery is positioned above the pocket on the left-hand side.

To create a beautifully coordinated finish, the embroidery colour will match the piping/hem colour of your selected sleepwear.

For example, if your pyjama set features black piping, your embroidery will be black.

Embroidery is limited to a maximum of 10 characters.

Please double-check spelling, initials and capitalisation before placing your order. Your embroidery will be created using the details entered at checkout.

Yes. Where available, you can select your preferred embroidery text style directly from the product page.
